Important News Update:
Due to the availability of more current technology and to insure many more years of stable and consistent service, the RIDE database will be transitioned to a new system called Healthy Futures.
This process will take place February 19, 2010 - February 22, 2010.
We have worked very hard to make sure the registry segment of Healthy Futures is very similar in "look and feel" to what registry
users see every day in the RIDE system. You will not have to make any changes to your computer or Internet browser. You will still be able to access the registry with your current user i.d. and password.
Existing Patient ID numbers, MRNs, immunization histories, demographic and responsible party information will not change. You will see a few changes on the website including the shape, color and location
of a few icons. A few advanced features are still being worked on and will be released soon.

Our Help Desk team is standing by to help you if you have questions. They are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm by phone at 209-468-2292 or fax at 209-468-8361. You also have the option, once you log in to the
system, to click on "report a problem" or "make a suggestion" to request assistance.
We are proud to continue our 15-year tradition of providing excellent service to our community.
